If the main campgrounds in Jasper are full, the rangers will open this camping area located near the Snaring River. There is enough space, so don't worry if you arrive late in the day. The fee is $15.70 per vehicle. It is currently the only place in Jasper where you do not need to pay for a permit to have a fire.
