Description
Beautiful provincial park campground with over 100 sites, some along the river. Several with electricity and water. Multiple hiking trails and a well-stocked camping store, including firewood. Highway 1A runs alongside the river and can be noisy during the day, better at night. A railway also runs alongside Highway 1A — occasionally noisy, but nothing heard during the night. Dump station near the exit. $57 CAD paid for a site with electricity/water plus a bundle of firewood (receipt not itemized).
