No year-round overnight street parking ban exists in Halifax, but three rules apply: a winter curfew (1am-6am, Dec 15 to Mar 31) triggered only during a declared snow-clearing event, a 24-consecutive-hour cap on the same street spot at all times, and a ban on camping in municipal parks. None of these rules specifically targets RVs.
