Description
The camping at Northumberland Provincial Park, located in Wood Islands, is about 3 km east of the ferry, along the Points East Coastal Drive, by the Northumberland Strait. The park offers 45 sites, including 31 with electricity and water, as well as 14 without services. It also has 7 cabins. Facilities include washroom blocks with showers, a dump station, a laundry room, a cooking shelter, a playground, and trails. Activities include swimming at the supervised beach in summer, kayaking, clam digging, birdwatching, and volleyball. The season runs from early June to late September, and it is recommended to make a reservation at peiprovincialparks.ca. Please respect the places and nature by not leaving any waste behind.
