An excellent spot but popular with locals. There are several sites here that are large enough to accommodate just about anything, unless they are taken... large vehicles (Class A) might have trouble turning around if others are here. We arrived on a Friday and there were already two units here, both 28-30 foot RV trailers pulled by 4x4 pickups. We took a site by the lake with our truck and camper pulling a 20-foot trailer, and there were two other sites of about the same size. There are fire pits and a rocky beach at this location, and one of the locals told me there was another area further down the road near the lake with a sandy beach usually used by "Jeeps." We could have stayed here a few nights, maybe even a week, but we didn't have the time. No highway noise at all, just the sound of waves against the shore and the diving on the lake.
