Parking is banned November 15 to April 1 (midnight-7am), uniform across the whole merged city. Sleeping in a parked RV is EXPLICITLY banned -- a fine is possible from the first night.

The Fjord ferry shuttles offer free parking for motorhomes in front of the cruise terminal. RV parking is also free near the cruise pavilion. Additionally, free wifi is available at both locations.
