Description
Camping William – Zec Batiscan-Neilson (Portneuf)
This rustic campground, managed by Zec Batiscan-Neilson, is located in the Saguenay area, near the outlet of Lake William. It is a popular spot for brook trout anglers and vanlife enthusiasts. The camping sites are primitive, situated in the forest or along the river, without services (pit toilets, no drinking water or electricity). Complete self-sufficiency is required for camping. Registration and payment of fees must be done at the main reception of the Zec in Saint-Raymond before accessing the forest roads. Respect nature and local regulations, and leave no trace behind.
