Description
Located in the Colorado desert, at the southern end of the park (about 5 miles from the south entrance), at a lower elevation (~3,000 ft) than the campgrounds in the Mojave area. One of only two campgrounds in the park with drinking water and flush toilets, with a dump station. 62 sites on two loops, RVs up to 35 ft in combined length. Reservations required; Loop B usually closes in the summer. Starting point for Cottonwood Spring Oasis and the Mastodon Peak/Lost Palms Oasis trails. $35 US/night.
