Rustic and dispersed camping site near a water source (Cold Spring), in the remote area of the Piute Mountains of the Sequoia National Forest, close to the summit of Piute Peak. Popular for hiking, horseback riding, and off-road vehicles. No facilities or potable water on site; access via a forest road generally passable from May to November.
