Description
Oak Hollow Campground is located in Calaveras Big Trees State Park, in the heart of the giant trees of the Sierra Nevada.
The site offers 55 sites, numbered from 75 to 129. Sites 112 and 113 are particularly recommended for their tranquility, privacy, and flat terrain.
The campground is open from May 15 to October 1. Outside of these dates, it is closed due to snow and winterization of the facilities. Reservations are made exclusively through the California State Parks platform, ReserveCalifornia, and open 6 months in advance, on the first day of each month at 8 AM (Pacific Time). For summer weekends, it is advisable to book as soon as reservations open.
