The Peninsula Campground is a secluded camping area in the Folsom Lake State Recreation Area in California. Located at the tip of a peninsula between the north and south forks of the American River, it offers about 100 family sites in the heart of the Sierra hills. This campground is away from the more urban areas of the lake, providing an immersion in nature, accessible by a winding road or by boat. Respect the places and nature, leave nothing behind.
