Overnight parking is banned at all times between 11pm and 7am on Mercier's streets, from November 15 to April 15, subject to possible suspension by the Public Works department depending on weather. This general rule targets all vehicles and isn't specific to recreational vehicles; no separate mention of wild camping or RVs in public spaces was found.
