🏛️ Municipal Regulations — RV Parking in Rimouski
Verified on 16/08/2026
From November 1 to April 15, overnight street parking in Rimouski is banned from 11pm to 6am, except in zones marked "green" on an interactive map updated daily based on snow-removal operations (a six-zone system). Rimouski also offers three alternative lots designated specifically for recreational vehicles, for a single night maximum (24h): 10 spots on Dumoulin street, 10 spots on Rivière boulevard (Parc Beauséjour, class B vehicles), and 20 spots at the Colisée Financière Sun Life (all RV sizes). The city also tolerates nomadic camping, subject to keeping the area clean. Before settling in for the night in a recreational vehicle, checking the municipal bylaw avoids a lot of unnecessary hassle. (Source: Ville de Rimouski)
