🏛️ Municipal Regulations — RV Parking in Saint-Georges
Verified on 16/08/2026
Overnight street parking in Saint-Georges is banned from November 1 to March 31, between 11pm and 7am, $40 fine. In addition, at all times and on all streets in a residential zone, it is banned to park a truck, bus, trailer, mobile home, RV, or tent-trailer, except for work or delivery purposes ($40 fine) -- the bylaw explicitly defines a "motorized dwelling" (motorized recreational vehicle) as counting as a truck for this purpose, so RVs are covered by this ban. RV camping remains popular in Québec, but always within the limits set by each town. (Source: Ville de Saint-Georges, bylaw no. 588-2015)
