🏛️ Municipal Regulations — RV Parking in Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier
Parking on the public road and in municipal lots in Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier is banned between 11pm and 7am, from November 1 to April 15, across nearly all of the territory (a few streets have special hours), $30 fine. No mention specific to recreational vehicles, trailers, or wild camping was found -- the full bylaw (17 articles plus schedules) was read in its entirety.
