In Sutton, street parking is banned between 11pm and 7am, from November 15 to March 31, except during the period from December 23 to January 3. No mention specific to wild camping or recreational vehicles/trailers in public spaces was found -- the nuisance bylaw does ban loitering, begging, sleeping, or wandering in a public place, but without specifically targeting RVs.
