🏛️ Municipal Regulations — RV Parking in Terrebonne
Verified on 16/08/2026
In Terrebonne, street parking is banned from midnight to 7am, from November 15 to April 15, unless the city grants authorization, and is in any case capped at 24 consecutive hours (bylaw 3902). The same bylaw specifies that "parking trailers, semi-trailers, motorhomes, RVs, and tent-trailers in the city's public places or public areas is banned at all times" -- an explicit ban with no seasonal exception. The Vieux-Terrebonne sector is an exception for general overnight parking (allowed on both sides). Respecting local rules remains the best guarantee of a peaceful night in a recreational vehicle.
