Les visiteurs peuvent camper en tente prospecteur sur plateforme de bois, en dôme chauffé, ou en camping sauvage/sous l'aile d'un avion, autour d'un pavillon communautaire alimenté par panneaux solaires. Le site est accessible à l'année par avion, par train ou par la route forestière 25 (environ 150 km sans réseau cellulaire depuis La Tuque).
